Fifth Sunday in Lent

Welcome Friends and Guests: God promises Jeremiah that a “new covenant” will be made in the future: a covenant that will allow all the people to know God by heart. The church sees this promise fulfilled in Christ, who draws all people to himself when he is lifted up on the cross. Our baptismal covenant draws us to God’s heart through Christ and draws God’s love and truth into our hearts. We join together in worship, sharing in word, song, and meal, and leave strengthened to share God’s love with all the world.

Worship and Communion: In God's boundless diversity, we are made in God's image! If you are visiting or new to our faith family, please fill out a yellow guest card and put it in the offering plate so we have a record of your visit. Come back and worship with us each Sunday at 10 a.m. Those worshiping today may come forward for the sacraments of Holy Communion (gluten-free bread, wine or grape juice) or to cross your arms across your chest for a blessing. This is Christ’s table, all are welcome, as Christ welcomes all.

Fellowship: Join us after worship today in the Fellowship Hall for coffee and conversation and a brief congregational meeting to select represenative to this year's synod assembly.
